Worlds Tallest Motorcycle

Right now you're probably saying "this is a Photoshopped image, right?" Wrong! It is indeed the tallest motorcycle ever built; at least that's what the Guinness Book of World Records guys say. The behemoth is a real, working motorcycle, is named "The Monster" or "Dream Big", and was built by motorcycle enthusiast Greg Dunham from California, US.

"Dream Big" stands 3.4 meters tall, measures 6.2 meters in length, weighs 2948.3 kilograms and relies on an 8 226.3 cubic centimeter engine to power it to speeds up to 104 kilometers per hour. The massive engine is able to output 500 horse power, while the transmission features a gearbox with two forward speeds and reverse. Dunham says that he started building "Dream Big" somewhere in 2002, and, after three years of continuous work, it has already swallowed over 300,000 US dollars.

The Logic Behind Leap Year

Have you ever thought that why do we have a Leap Year after every 4 years?. The Leap year is a trick that we use to make up fot the lost time. Now the next question is what do I mean by "Lost Time"?

The Answer is that earth takes 365.25 days to complete one orbit around the sun and we have international calendar of 365 days. In other words, after every 1 year 0.25 day is lost. So to make up for that we have 1 Extra day after every 4 years. This solution only applies to the International Calendar.

­Congratulations to the winners of this month. Top sco­rers of t­he last month were gemind, Furqan and kash who was missing from the leader board this month and the battle for 1st place was fought between gemind and Furqan and at very last moments of December 2007 the Kashmiri boy Furqan managed to get a little lead of 510 points and is now declared Pucit Online Member of the month for December with 8050 points while gemind was very close with 7540 points. For 3rd place there was a little battle between very dangerous DrEvil and abeer but during the last week abeer got some points and DrEvil did not participate so abeer got to become 3rd with 2025 points and DrEvil 4th with 1245 points. 5th place was taken by imran.aftab with 455 points. Top three members will get their prizes very shortly.
