Microsoft decided to op-out Microsoft Frontpage and released next generation Web development IDE, so Frontpage now will no longer for new version and frontpage 2003 is the last version.

And don't ever go for tiny or unknown tools, always go for industry big name tools. It used it personally and feel quit comfortable and easier with it, I begun to love with Microsoft after using this tool for Web Development.
