Many of us, mostly use our web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox for ordinary FTP operations. But when you come up in professional environment this method is never used.  use one of following and make your self happy

• FTP Client: You need to install ftp client software like FileZila (free) or cuteftp (commercial) to speedy you FTP experience
• Web FTP: You may use Web FTP client and no need to install, just open www.net2ftp.com  and provide ftp logon information and perform extra operations that can't be done in IE or FF

The link do exist on both the official website and this one as well. On official site the link is present on left side and on this site you can find the link in Important Links section on the right side...

This is the url for FTP server for PUCIT: ftp.pucit.edu.pk

But keep in mind ur ftp login info is seperate from ur lab login info so make sure you have got your FTP account enabled from any of the Lab admins. To get that, simply write your roll no and ur desired password (username will be your PUCIT roll no) on a paper and go to the admins present in the labs and ask them to enable your FTP account. After that you can always use the above url to access FTP from home..

Just open internet explorer and type the above url, press enter, enter your login info and u will have access to your ftp quota (your M: drive).
